I bought Galaxy S5 G900V weeks ago and noticed that the voltage of my stock battery is 3.85V, but it is 3.8V in a 3rd party extended battery I am interesting in. Any difference while using/charging a battery voltage is lower? Thanks.

If it's that small difference nothing really. But if its much lower, it just wouldn't charge your device/battery. That's all. What you have to be careful is the higher voltage, your device could be over-voltaged and the battery/device might get damaged. Think of it as eating a half-meal compared to a full meal VS being fully bloated.
