I have a dumb TV that I wanted to smarten up, so I have a android box for it but it is almost unusable, so I was hoping someone could point me to a guide to how to use it.

I started with an MK808 stick, which of course was completely pointless until I bought a Measy RC12 to drive it, it had terrible wifi performance so went back and got replaced with a bigger round box described as "MX2 Google Android 4.2.2 Smart TV Box 5GB MEDIA PLAYER WIFI HDMI XBMC PRELOADED", it calls itself 'MBOX' when it starts up.

It comes with a choice of standard launcher, MBox launcher and XBMC, xbmc seems nicest but insists on dropping the resolution to 720.

So with the 12 button remote that came with the unit or with the RC12 keyboard/touchpad, how on earth do you drive android without the ability to swipe and drag?

Hopefully this is a stupid question and the answer will make me
