[Help] ZV7 -> latest

I have a Sprint LG G2 with ZV7, rooted, TWRP. What I would like to do is go to the latest update (ZVC?) without losing my current data, and being rooted/TWRP as well.

So should I update to latest via OTA and then root? Or is there a different route that I should go?

Follow the first post OP to the T and you will be fine.

This will get you to zvc with what is necessary.
Backup your data with titanium backup.
This way you can recover.
If you take ota, you will brick.

That thread only talks about going to ZVC from ZVA

If you want to be 100% safe. Tot to zvc then root with ioroot25 and use auto-rec to get recovery.

Yeah, I got everything working now. I did a backup and just installed the new ROM , modem, and firmware.
