Default [Q] Knox check

Hi,

I entered the recovery menu on my i9195 with volum up + home + power, and there is no sign of knox.
I have the following displayed:

Code:
Android system recovery (3e)

Volume up/down to move highlight:
power button to select.

reboot system now
apply update from ADB
apply update from external storage
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from cache
and below that menu there is:

Code:
" MANUAL MODE "
-- Appling Multi-CSC...
Applied the CSC-code : VIP
Successfully applied multi-CSC.
How should I check for KNOX?

Enter in Download Mode with V- - Home - Power ans see if your knox was tripped.
