Default CM11 or Multirom wont work..

Hi! I recently got myself a HTC One X.. traded it for a PS controller so it's worth it.. but there is one problem.. i can't install CM11 on it.. neither Multirom.. it's cid is 111111 or something.. someone said that meant S-OFF.. so it should work.. when im installing CM11 i get an error.. every time.. i tried flashing the boot.img in fastboot but no result.. would be great to get it working.. anyone knows?..

Sent from my SM-N9005 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Devices:

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 Stock 4.4.2 Rooted
HTC One X Stock 4.2.2 Rooted
ASUS Nexus 7 Grouper Stock 4.4.3 Rooted
Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY R800i 2.3.4 Rooted

My work: Nothing yet.

Are you using the last TWRP 2.7.1 or CWM 6.0.3/from CM11 thread/ or use latest Philz because with the old TWRP and CWM or Philz you can't flash 4.4.x
