[Q] Xperia Z2 from GSM-nation has locked or unlocked Bootloader?

Does the Xperia Z2 from GSM-nation has locked or unlocked Bootloader? If yes, I can go ahead and root it directly?

First things first, no Xperia phone comes with an UNLOCKED bootloader, they come with UNLOCKABLE/NOT UNLOCKABLE bootloaders. If it IS unlockable then head to Sony's bootloader unlocking site, and follow the provided instructions. You can find out whether it's unlockable or not by going into dialer and typing *#*#7378423#*#* (*#*#SERVICE#*#* in T9) > service info > configuration

Were you able to unlock it?
I am looking into buying one from gsmnation but if i can not unlock the bootloader I will not buy it
