Default [Q] Galaxy note 2 (SPH-L900) Won't let me flash stock rom.

Last Night my Note2 finally got the 4.4 upgrade which I let install. Upon waking up I was greeted with my phone staying on the Samsung logo (it was doing the glowing animation both on the logo and the LCD so it wasn't frozen as far as I know). I've been trying all day to get it to work, I even tried flashing the Stock rom (KIES_HOME_L900VPAMC2_L900SPTAMC2_1090526_REV04_us er_low_ship.tar.md5) via ODIN v3.07, unfortunately I keep getting the following when I try to flash the recovery:

<OSM> KIES_HOME_L900VPAMC2_L900SPTAMC2_1090526_REV04_use r_low_ship.tar.md5 is valid.
<OSM> Checking MD5 finished Sucessfully..

I've also tried Samsungs Kies Software and I haven't had any luck.
Can someone please help or at least point me in the right direction?
Any help is very appreciated.
Thank you so much

Michael just helped me out in this thread I made, having the same issue as you. That fix.tar really helps! Just read his post in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2780409
