So i just bought the wrong version of the sony mh1
i shudve bought mh1C for my Z1..
because the mh1 doesnt support "sony" devices
only supports "sony erricson" devices..

is there any "fix" or soultion to make it works ?

That's because the pins are inverted... Old sony phones before Xperia S has a different phone jack hence it's not compatible. Although there are converters sold for that. Just forgot the name :/

i bought a converter but it seems i have bought the wrong one :/
could anyone point me which one is the right converter ?
