Hello, Some time ago I put a Custom Rom Sense 5.0 Android 4.1.2 and my root rights disappeared? I got SuperSu but it want's update binaries?

Just flash the newest SuperSU via recovery, look here: http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu

Did you check md5sum after download? Make sure you don't have a corrupted download.

You can do md5sum in ES File Explorer for example. (it doesn't need root). The website of chainfire doesn't give the md5sum, for me it is 89eeb5d541f9e428403b60287436e69b
