Question Latest Nightly

I just checked and found that a Nightly dated 11 June was available. Few questions regarding that:

1. Is it 4.4.2 or 4.4.3?
2. Is the latest kernel included?

I'm confused because there's no activity here but it seems nightlies are being built at regular intervals.

Edit: Flashed it to figure out the answers myself.

1. Yes, it's 4.4.3.
2. Nop, it uses the older version of kernel (one with yellow camera glitch).

So, how can I get the latest kernel? I extracted and flashed the boot.img from the latest Carbon ROM, but now my phone is stuck at the Boot-animation

You can't use a boot.img from another rom as PAC uses a special bootclasspath that is why you are getting the bootloop. If there is a previous release of the PAC rom that was released with the kernel you are looking for then use the boot.img from that but if it doesn't effect you much just wait for an update with the new kernel
