[Q] Data Transmit Block

I have an employer required app installed on my Amaze 4G. All pages and parts of the app function properly until I click the final Submit page. At that point the Amaze freezes and will not transmit the data. All settings have been checked and rechecked. T-mobile finds nothing out of order. The app developer acknowledges all pages are functional. What would cause the Amaze to block sending the data?
