[Q] LED Notifications - whose are working on whatsapp etc?

Yes so i have the Korean 400k model and LED notifications aren't working for whatsapp - are they supposed to for third party apps?? Also any way to change the LED notification for default i.e. change frequency? It seems to flash every two mins!

Is the notification led working in htc way (flashing green for any notification and red while charging, no customization at all, or the samsung way (user selectable color for some different events/apps)?

it like HTC but when I have a text it will blink 2 times then not at all for 9 sec the 2 blinks then off for 9 sec, it is horrible you can look at your phone for 9 sec in a meeting
