At the risk of sounding like a total noob, I have been looking for the right firmware update for hours. I need to update the firmware, hboot, and radio for my HTC One M7_ul. Here is the Getvar all results

C:\Users\Sean\Desktop\adt-bundle\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20131030\sdk\platform-to
ols>fastboot getvar all
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.44.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.14.3250.13
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 1.26.502.12
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF
(bootloader) serialno: HT34XW907674
(bootloader) imei: 354439052282110
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7_ul
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0712000
(bootloader) cidnum: CWS__001
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4106mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT

I appreciate any input.
