Default looking for battery monitor that shows instantanious current draw

I used to have battery monitor app on windows mobile
That would show current battery draw as in milliwatts.

You could turn apps off and see it instantly change.

It was very easy to find problem.

You coild get sleep current draw too.

Does any one know of an app work like this?

Well I didn't find the app, but I found my battery issue.

It was LTE. My battery is probably 3-4x better with it off (CDMA only)

I'm on the hairy edge of LTE at home and work

I think it was constantly fighting to get on and then failing.

It was fighting to get on to LTE even while on wifi.
