Question [Q] i9195 No GSM after playing with ROMs

I know I'm a noob but I've spend last 2 weeks looking for an answer without success and thus this thread.

S4 Mini LTE i9195. Has been working fine, but I started trying different ROMs and broken something
The handset now acts as a tablet as the GSM option is completely unavailable - I'm not even able to use emergency calls!
I've been trying different ROMs (stock and CM) with no luck at all.
IMEI seems to be fine, modem too.
Bluetooth and WiFi works fine.

I've made a film to show how the phone acts. Unfortunately as a noob I can't post the link here so I need to insert two spaces into link below...
http ://youtu. be/T_ryMuyA8zc

Current ROM (stock): I9195XXUBNA2, JB 4.2.2
Checked on numerous of SIMs (Lebara, orange, T-mobile, Vodaphone, O2).
Is this a modem related problem? Should I keep trying different ones? (Unfortunately I don't remember which modem I had on it earlier...)

Thank you all in advance for all suggestions.

I have tried quite a few stock ROMs - inserting via Odin 3.09 and the result stays the same.
After flashing and wiping all data and caches as soon as the phone turns on and all the settings are set the phone is in Flight Mode. When disabled, you can not enable it again but nevertheless the GSM/3G/data etc. doesn't work.
Here are a few ROMs that I've tried:
BTU-I9195XXUBMJ7-20131126090734
H3G-I9195XXUAMF5-20131206141201
O2I-I9195XXUBMJ7-20131204180326
I9195_ROM_I9195XXUAMJ1_I9195XXUAMJ1_I9195OXXAMI2.t ar.md5

I've tried customs too; CWM_I9195XXUBNB3_unsigned

No matter which ROM I try to apply the phone seems to (not)work the same...

Have your try flashing the same firmware twice in in a row, I had problems with baseband not changing allways solved flashing twice

Yes. I have tried changing baseband (modem) alone (flash - reset - flash - reset) and I can see in the phone's options that it has changed, yet the phone behaviour stays the same.
Is it possible that I have physically broken something by multiple re-flashings or swapping the sim cards? I mean someone suggested that this is problem with SIM port but this seem unlike as the phone should still be able to connect emergency calls, shouldn't it?

You might accidently erased your IMEI? Check under about phone/status.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini LTE (GT-I9195)

No need to click the thanks button, my d**k is big enough already.

As I have stated in the first post, IMEI looks intact i.e. it shows correctly in the phone's status as well as after *#06#...
It sure looks like there is something wrong with IMEI, but it doesn't show...

Well, I remember reading this thread before, but is it possible that IMEI is shown correctly to the user and not to the network? Shouldn't there be "Not Registered on Network" info instead of permanent Flight Mode? I mean if by trying to dial emergency service the phone tries to switch the radio on (and fails to do so) then it seems like it's constantly in Flight Mode... I am sure that the phone didn't suffer from water damage nor has been dropped...

Default Another question

Sorry for post under post, but I have another question and thus want to update the thread.

I've found out today, that GPS is also not working at all in this mobile phone... I mean it searches for the satellites for ages and finds none (checked with GPS Test App).

Also, can anyone tell me why I can't insert some of the ROMs in this phone?
ex:
I9195XXUAMF5_I9195H3GAMK3_I9195XXUAMF5_HOME.tar.md 5
I9195UBUAMF5_I9195CHEAMF5_I9195UBUAMF5_HOME.tar.md 5
I9195XXUBNB3_I9195IDEBNC1_I9195XXUBNB3_HOME.tar
