I had my Nexus 7 recharging when I went into the bootloader and selected shut down from there. Now the recharging battery icon does not come on when plugged in. I have tried holding down the power button and holding down all buttons. This thing has yet to wake up yet. It's been about a day since this happened. I went and opened the cover and unplugged the battery and plugged it back in. Still no response.

What is wrong with my Nexus 7 and how can I fix it?

It sounds like it's in APX mode. Download the universal naked APX drivers to your PC, plug your N7 into a USB port, and see if your PC sees an APX device. If it does, you'll have to replace the N7's motherboard.

It is recognized as an APX device but I have had it come back from that experience before. Guess I just have to wait and see.
