Default Unfortunately, Themes Provider has stopped.

Keep getting a "Unfortunately, Themes Provider has stopped" message everytime Play background updates an app. Nexus 4 clean install of PA 4.4 RC1.

Any ideas what's causing this?

I have this issue too. Rarely happens but I see it pop up sometimes. I dirty flashed the update, didn't flash new radios or bootloader. Shouldn't matter for this issue tho.
Now: LG Nexus 5 on latest PA + Root
Old Potato Device: Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro SK17a on stock Sony ICS ROM 4.0.4. + Root
