So, while removing the battery, I managed to sneeze after removing the screw and it got lost into the carpet. I've searched as best as I can and it's pretty bleak hope of finding it again.
Any suggestions on how to replace it, or where to find one?
My temporary sollution for this is simply a spot of solder tacking the ring to the metal, and holding it in place, which is presently working, the phone works fine this way.
