[Q] safestrap failing to backup

So I try to backup my stock slot on safestrap, and it just hangs a bit and then it says it failed.

So..like rom are u running . What is your build base and version of ss?

Unfortunately as this safestrap is not official for Verizon we can not expect help from Hash code the devs of it.

Most common cause of backup error is there is not enough storage space left on your Ext. SD card. Depending on what you are backing up, number of installed apps, etc. required space could be in excess of 6GB.

It does work. The only failures I have gotten is when I'm out of space.
