Hey guys , In need of your help and knowledge.

I bought the N9005 note 3 version a week ago, it came with NBD4 build, after I decided on taking it back to factory settings and reconfiguring my phone, I got a notification that a new build firmware update is available... so i pressed ok and download and install..
right after the install finished, the first and only problem I encountered was that I cannot drag apps from the apps folder to the trash can above and uninstall them.. If i want to uninstall an app, I need to go to app manager and uninstall it from there..

Any idea what could this be ? is it a well known issue with the UEND3 build ?

any advice will be welcomed.

Same here. It's annoying...
I currently drag apps to Info and uninstall them from menu.
