Hello, I factory reset my HTC Eris, and now it shows it's phone number is 000-000-xxxx. The the phone can't connect to any network (except wifi.)
The meid is correct, so why is it messed up, and how can I fix it? Thanks any help is appreciated.

Check your IMEI by dialing *#06#. If it's messed up, there are some tools that can repair it. For Samsung there is for example Chimera tool, but I don't know if it supports HTC. Also, you could try to factory reset your phone once more.

The meid matches the meid on the phone behind the battery. I have tried a factory reset already and even pulled the battery out.
