[HELP] Flashing PA

Guys, I need help.. I was flashing paranoid android and the flashing process says FAILED.

PS: I updated TWRP from here (I flashed it as a kernel using the Windroid app) but in the top right coner of TWRP in my phone says 2.7.0.0, is it ok? HELP PLEASE

great.. now I f*cked up the Recovery.. ughh!!! It shows a black screen and then the blue TWRP welcome screen, and then black.. and then TWRP.. and so on..

Ok, So I just RUU.. and everything is working.. except.. when I go to fastboot, my computer doesn't recognize the phone (In Windroid Universal HTC Tookit says: Device not found!) what should I do?

You need to use twrp 2.7.0.8 or higher to flash the ROM.

Dear god, after 2+ hours I finally managed to flash the recovery and flash Paranoid Android.. lol.. so you can close this thread or erase it.
