stuck at samsung galaxy s3 logo, rom not mounting,

stuck at boot logo
enter into recovery but internal memory not mounting shows only 0mb storage not evn wipe,restore,backup anything wd dt not possible
odin show me dis when m try to install new md5 file.

What recovery are you using? Try updating it. Factory resetting almost always solves boot hangups. For Odin, try flashing a different firmware. If you ever flashed 4.3 firmware, you can ONLY flash the same or newer from now on.
