Default Where can I find the latest Rogers Radio?

I have an unlocked edition HTC M8 with a GPE ROM running.

I would like to find the latest Rogers radio to flash to see if I can get better reception.

Where would I find it? Can I flash the radio even if I'm running a GPE ROM and my phone is not a Rogers M8?

Yes you can flash the radio, although I found issues flashing the non-GPe one on my EU M8. As for where to find the radio, good start is the Radios thread in Development...
OnePlus One A0001 (Sandstone Grey) 64GB
ROM: CyanogenMod 11S (XNPH33R) | Bootloader: Stock | Recovery: Stock | Radio: Stock | Kernel: Stock

Google Nexus 5 D821 (Black) 32GB
ROM: Android 4.4.4 (KTU84P) | Bootloader: HHZ11K | Recovery: Stock | Radio: 2.0.50.1.16 | Kernel: Stock

If you have a question, great - but DO NOT PM ME WITH IT!!! | [GUIDE] Return your EU M8 to 100% Stock (S-OFF Required) | [GUIDE] Return your OPO to 100% Stock

What were the issues? Any change in signal strength?

WiFi issues (wouldn't find my 5GHz network), wouldn't get 4G/LTE in places it would otherwise...
