I've had better luck with Wanam Xposed than with Gravity Box on the gs5.

Will have to check out Wanam Exposed. I was really hoping to have lockscreen widgets again.

It goes back and forth for me. Different Xposed modules will add that message to your boot sequence, but a few reboots and it should go away.
