Default Backup of uprooted device

I have a friend who does not want to root his device or sync with Google. All my devices are rooted so I don't know what to advise him about backups.

How does one backup an unrooted device? He can always get his apps from his Google account. I know about Titanium for data. But what about anything else, or a full restore, system and all?

What would copying everything to a point achieve?

Thanks.

Hi, I don't know why nobody's answered - anyhow, you can do it with adb - check http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...-root-t1420351
