Default [Q] Am I correct in assuming?

that the Private Mode on the S5 is not an APK that can be installed on the Note 3?

If so, is the only way of getting it by changing/installing a new ROM?

1.) Make a backup.
2.) Install file.
3.a) Success...Enjoy!
3.b) Fail...Restore backup.

Install what file? Link? Those are some pretty random instructions.

Anyone know if there has been any progress made or achieved in getting the "Private Mode" from the S5 to the Note 3?

The only thing I can find is this article mentioning "Private Mode" working in conjunction with "Kids Mode" on the Note 3.
