Hey I'm back,

Just got my battery come through and the problem still exists, my best bet is that there is probably an issue with the battery terminals and probably something beyond repair.

So I think with that I'm officially declaring this phone DEAD :P.

Thanks for your help any ways guys, I'm probably gonna wrap up this thread now.
