Default Where to check for "Service Messages" for 2G settings - Omnirom

Service provider normally sends 2G / 3G settings as a service message. I was able to access it from my Messages app on stock SGR rom. I am now on omnirom. I have received message from Vodafone that "save the settings you receive shortly". But either I have not received that at all OR I dont know where to look for it (its not under cell broadcast). Can you please help me to find that (or does this not work for custom roms).

Send the SMS that asks for the settings. Wait for the notification and click it and you're done.

Btw my settings have been coming in automatically with various Sim cards on 4.x.x

I have sent the message requesting the settings. I have just received the mesage that says the settings will be sent shortly and to save that. I have not received the actual service message itself.

(on the stock rom though there was a menu entry to check for service messages, which is missing in the messaging app that comes with omnirom)
