[Q] disable camera button on lock screen

does anyone know if there is a way to remove the camera button from the lock screen?
i keep hitting it by accident when unlocking phone.

Maybe Settings/Security /uncheck 'enable widget' or change the widget or disable Screen lock.

If you got root, there is a module for "Xposed Installer" called "screen Tweaks". That works for me.

Camera app -> menu dots -> general settings icon -> quick launch: turn off.

Will remove icon from lock screen but also disable the dedicated camera button launching camera app.

I notice even now that there is a camera button at bottom But when I hit/press this icon nothing happens in my case, it doesn't open anything

Well you can try disable quicklaunch but it removes the camera buttom shortcut
