Default If you phones battery is faulty, would it be reported as unhealthy?

I have this excessive battery drain on my lg g2 d801. It doesn't seem to be a wake lock issue, just that the battery seems to drain excessively fast.

So I went into my secret menu and looked at the battery diagnostics report and it says healthy.

So if there was an actual issue with my battery, would it be accurate in detecting an issue and not be reported as healthy?
