so I've flashed stock nandroid and returned the ROM part to stock at least but now my problem is removing the TAMPERED Banner and locking of the bootloader because those steps require to have S-OFF while my phone is S-ON. I followed the steps to S-OFF but unfortunately my phone is one of the few that are unable to accept the firewater as I've read through the forums that it's a HTC patch that stopped it from working and the firewater devs never got around to updating the firewater file

does anybody know a work around or to getting S-OFF or getting around S-ON to get to the Banner and bootloader or am I stuck as is??
You might be able to re-lock your bootloader and flash the full signed firmware.
I've never tried so not sure if it will get you back to ***LOCKED*** rather then ***RELOCKED***
***TAMPERED*** should be gone also after flashing the firmware.

It'll say "RELOCKED". You can't change that flag unless you're S-OFF.

So I just flash in TWRP?

What results should I expect after flashing?

Firmware zips are flashed through the bootloader, not recovery.

Are these the steps to flash in bootloader?

Download Hex edited hboot file
copy to root of your external sdcard and rename to 0P6BIMG.zip
turn phone off
press and hold volume button down and power button for 3 seconds
press volume button up to update hboot
press power to reboot

Would flashing via fastboot be an option as well???

I think i have everything back to stock with the exception of the CID shown in the bootloader.
I ran the HK RUU and had to go to super CID.
What was the original CID?
And would i just run the same ADB command that i did to change the CID to get it back?

Disregard.
Found my answer.
For anyone interested the command to go back to sprint CID is "fastboot oem writecid SPCS_001"
