Hallelu"YAH"
I now have a rooted rk 2928 penta WS 708 C tablet.all by God's grace everything going very well
Using vroot 1.7.3 English.and the busy box non root installed. The su binary updated successfully
I want to know if the rooting process automatically unlocks boot loader or do I have to do it to flash a ROM.and how to do it
The easiest way now that I am rooted.

Thanks in advance

For rooting you must have a custom recovery installed which will eventually unlock your bootloader. If you have a custom recovery download a rom of your choice and flash it in recovery.
