If the ROM isn't booting up for him,take the help of the other users on how to flash a ROM.If still not succeeded,flash your phone back to stock and then try.

People usually thinks (bad done) that you dont need wipe your ROM because is "only" the same ROM deodexed
Edit: The ROM if for dual SIM, can u do the rom for XT1021?
Hey guyz I just deodexed the stock rom of the Moto E.The rom has been tested on XT1022 and it works.
Flashing instructions - 1.Boot into TWRP/CWM and format system,data and cache
2.Go back and wipe data and cache.
3.Flash the deodexed rom
4.Reboot

Yeah there is a point but if in some case the system boots but goes into an infinite bootloop then the logcat part will help for sure.
