is TWC one of those apps that wont run when it detects root? if so, you can get past that by installing xposed framework and then install rootcloak module. when i rooted my isis app wouldnt work because of root but rootcloak hide root from isis so now it works again.

The reason these apps no longer work is because the phone probably doesn't fully encrypt the banking information anymore. With root access the phone knows there is a vulnerability open and could possibly be leaking the information to an app, even though it probably isnt. So for some there are work arounds to block it from noticing the flaw in security.

There is an exposed module called RootCloak. Install it, add isis and TWC, and reboot. All should be well after that.
