I don't think a Tapatalk extension is possible. It's my understanding that it uses a private api that the company who makes Tapatalk set up. Websites can easily add it so their members have access on Tapatalk or something like that.

Valid point, but I have this already. It is not so much about receiving Tapatalk notifications, but browsing subscribed forums and threads directly on the watch.
