Unhappy [Q] Note 3 Keeps Resetting $5 Bounty in BTC!

So at this point i've pretty much pulled all my hair out.

I've been scouring the web for the past week trying to fix this Note 3 (SM-N900T).

Background:
Purchased this phone used and originally thought it was working as it worked fine without my SIM card in, when I put my SIM card into the phone it would reset within a minute of turning on. Opened up the phone to make sure there was no water damage, no physical damage, or missing parts.
When I purchased it it was rooted and running philz custom recovery on stock NB4.

I couldn't figure out how to flash the device so I tried all sorts of things but it still keeps freezing and resetting within 5 minutes of turning on.

Where I'm at now:
Model: SM-N900T
STOCK ROM: NE6
STOCK Kernel: NE6
STOCK Recovery

NOTE: When the phone freezes up and resets my wifi password is forgotten! I think it has something to do with the modem!

I flashed the phone using odin 3.0.9 to stock NE6. The phone was having trouble turning on so I flashed kernel and then modem NE6. The phone turned on and was actually running fine for a little bit! (15 minutes) then it froze and messed up now its resetting within 5 minutes of turning on. I've tried fixing the efs folder, flashing the modem, kernal, and rom. I am not sure what to do at this point. My thought is that when I flash the modem and kernal it works but then somehow within the first 15 minutes it corrupted and then stopped working. I've tried flashing delvik cache, cache, data, system, numerous times before.

Any guidance would help! If you solve my problem I will send you $5 worth of bitcoin so please put your bitcoin address in your response!

Additional info about the phone if you need it:

Build number: KOT49H.N900TUVUDNE6
Android Version: 4.4.2

I can not believe how quickly a member solved my problem!

Antique_Sonic PM'ed me the solution!

For those of you having similar issues here was the solution to my problem.

"download the latest n900t and flashed with odin with clicking of upgrade bootloader at odin.
Once it finished, go into stock recovery and do factory reset md wipe cache.
I assume I know how to go into stock recovery.
After this ur phone shld be fine."

Thanks a ton Antique_Sonic!!
