Default Are there two types of download mode?

The mode I access by holding down the three buttons has "odin mode" on the top left corner and the one I access via restart option and has no "odin mode" and other information.

What is the difference between these two download mode?
Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100
Android version: 4.4.2
Rom: DN3 5.2
Kernel: Nadia r6.1.1
Recovery: TWRP 2.7.0.2

It's pretty much the same.
Both functions well with Odin.

no, it is not the same. The one without odin mode written on it is not the real download mode and will fail to flash anything in odin.

I use both modes and flash using Odin. O.o
I recently flashed the latest TWRP using the one without the writings above.
