Yes, I copied them from the previous OTA, but the SHA1 checksum was different than the one from updater-script of the current OTA... But I kind of resolved my issue )
I installed OTA via TWRP (best thing ever!!). I just deleted some line in the updater-script and it ran fine... however, after the successful update the phone was in a reboot loop.. so I just factory reset, as I have a backup on Drive and Dropbox.

I can't believe I flashed the OTA via twrp ) And I'm stock (S-ON).
