[Q] note 3 N9005 no wcdma

hello guys i got a note 3 4g lte n9005 4.3 updated to 4.4.2

after using for one day i had a problem that there is no WCDMA only EDGE when i insert the sim in my GALAXY S3 it works fine

also when i choose WCDMA ONLY in network mode it shows no service

is it software problem or hardware if it's software is there a fix for it ??

Type *#06*# in Dial pad note down your IMEI & Compare with IMEI number under battery, If both are different follow the below link.

Your IMEI is fine, and you shoud delete it from the post as soon as you see this. I also got network problems after updating to 4.4.2 , my phone loses network completely from time to time and signal strength is weak compared to what it was on 4.3. But my problem is not WCDMA/GSM/auto specific, no matter what I select it's always the same.

Have you tried a different SIM in your Note 3? Pretty much 99,9% of these issues are caused by an older sim in combination with a newer phone.

If that doesn't make a difference, do a factory reset or reflash your firmware.
