Exclamation [Q] HELP!!! Samsung Galaxy S3 stuck in bootloop after kitkat update

I updated my Samsung galaxy s3 from android 4.3 to kitkat 4.4 today. The download went smoothly and installation went well. after the installation completed, my phone restarted. it cant make it past the AT&T logo. its stuck in a boot loop and it will not come out. I've tried factory resetting it in recovery. that failed. my phone is not rooted and completely stock. ROM, Kernel, everything is stock. can anyone help me get my phone out of the boot loop!? help!!
