Hi all,

This morning my HTC One said "Process System Not Responding" and restarted. Odd, but okay -- unfortunately it kept doing it over and over in a rebooting loop. I tried doing the volume down + power to get into the bootlauncher to factory reset, but that didn't work, it just kept doing a rebooting loop. Fastboot USB gets stuck in <waiting for device> mode.

Here is the information from bootlauncher:

I would greatly appreciate any advice!

Hi all,

I managed to install TWRP and Android Revolution ROM, and I can boot into the OS. WIFI works fine, but it's not detecting my SIM card or a network.

Fastboot displays the following:

C:\Users\XXXX>fastboot getvar all
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.44.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.17.3250.20
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-ON
(bootloader) serialno: HT35RXXXXXXX
(bootloader) imei: 354439055XXXXXXX
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7_ul
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0712000
(bootloader) cidnum: CWS__001
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3806mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
getvar:all FAILED (status read failed (Too many links))
finished. total time: 0.041s

But I don't see the IMEI or Baseband in Phone Settings/About. I'm also periodically getting a "process isn't responding" error.

Any ideas? Thanks again!
