If you can download the update through PC-Companion, you can use this tutorial ---> http://ylnotes.blogspot.nl/2014/03/C...onyXperia.html
to create a FTF file to flash with flashtool. It worked great for me.
Although it wil erase all your userdata. Or you can uncheck 'DATA' in the 'firmware Selector' window in flashtool before flashing, but i'm not sure if that is a good option.

I got one from Bel Company and it seems Vodafone branded but it is unlocked (sim) and bootloader unlockable. No gaps or whatsoever, got dock and headphones and a complementary Sony case for it. Totally in love with the phone!

How did you do that? I rooted it without unlocking the bootloader on .55 and just received the .402 update...

Use the Easy Root Tool from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2784900
After that use NUT dualrecovery from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2785598
Device wiil reboot in Philz recovery, flash SuperSU v 2.00 .zip before reboot system from here:http://download.chainfire.eu/450/Sup...erSU-v2.00.zip
