Question [Q] Flashing Rom on locked bootloader.

I have tried and tried to install a custom recovery to flash a rom but failed. Eventually I learned that the only way to flash a rom on a locked bootloader is to use safe strap but still failed to install the recovery system with safe strap. Does anyone know of anyway to install a custom recovery to flash a rom or to flash a rom without custom recovery (maybe with a computer)?

been looked at for a year with little luck but you never know. I'm not holding my breath. Fortunately safestrap has allowed me to run some pretty decent ROMS capable of alot of customization so I'm not too terribly put out.

Your only options right now are Touchwiz based ROMs. No plain vanilla AOSP.

Yes there is. Eclipse from Nitro is a touchwiz ROM that is heavily themed to look like AOSP. He extensively tests his ROMs so you won't see updates often but you can be sure that when he does release an update it will be rock solid.
