Why is there no difference between Dalvik and ART?

Although the Nexus4 with Dalvik also feels already pretty nice, the difference to ART is remarkable. Everything feels just more responsive. Especially the Touchscreen.

Why don't I see no difference on my Nook HD+?

Is it that Google just did a better job for the Nexus4 then Cyanogenmod for the Nook HD+? Or is it because the Nook has just a much worse CPU and only 1 GB of RAM? Perhaps when the RAM is always running out, ART is doing a worse job?

What are your experiences with ART on the Nook HD+? Is there an official statement from Cyanogenmod if this will improve in the future?

Well, art will be default in next android soon so not like it matters much. But yeah, its more like "meh" on nook hd+.
