Hi evereyone.

I'm a bit unexperienced.

I have a Sony XPERIA U, which doesn't have SD Card entry, only internal memory.
Today I installed Clockworkmod and rooted my phone, BUT I forgot to transfer the CM11 and GApps to my internal memory.
Now my phone doesn't load!
I can access the clockworkmod screen easily, but it seems that there is no Android nor CM11 installed, so it just keeps the screen black and active for ever.

I needed my phone to load in order to transfer files to the memory with Windows or Ubuntu... But what now?

PLEASE, I BEG! Is there a way to transfer those files into the phone's internal memory?

Thank you!
