If you are already on CM11s, you can go into developers options and turn on advanced recovery power menu. Also while in there turn off system updade for cm and turn on usb debugging.
Turn the phone off and go to reboot, you should get an option to going into Bootloader, choose that.
Once in that go to tmimimal_adb_ fastboot and type flash fastboot oem unlock, this will reboot your phone back into regular mode and you will have an unlocked bootloader.
After the phone boots up, go back into power menu and boot back to the bootloader
After that go back into mimimal_adb_ fastboot. and type in fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-184.108.40.206-bacon.img this will install the recovery.
Nothing will happen, this is ok. Just reboot the phone with the power button.
Once booted back up, hit the power button again and select, recovery, once you go in there, just select reboot, and a screen should come up and say to you want to root and just follow the instructions.
One last step once back up, going into supersu it will say your not fully rooted, click on the twrp button on the bottom after it reboots you are root, have recovery and unlocked bootloader.
I can't take credit for this. I just lumped other guides into for guide to make it easier to do this.
This worked for me. Can I have someone test this just to double check? First time I wrote a guide like this.
