Which rom has better battery consumption and which better performance between cyanogenmod 11 and stock based roms like existenz?

Have tried almost all of them and CM11 FXP or nightly are really the absolute best regarding battery consumption and performance.

Regardless of what anyone else says, believe me I've tested ALLOT of them.
