I did flash the stock ftf via fastboot and then I wanted to do the step by step installation of existenZ. Unfortunately I could not run the Easy Root kit because it says "adb driver is out of date".

I did get the driver from SDK Manager.exe because when I install universal adv drivers my phone does not get recognized at all.

What should I do now of working current adb drivers?

Huh. That is weird. You have the latest version of flashtool, right? Then in the installed location of flashtool, You will find a folder called drivers. In it there is a file "Flashtool-drivers.exe". Run it and install the drivers for flashtool and fastboot both.
