Default Jellybean email app

Hi folks
I have installed carbon 4.4.4 and I hate the kitkat email app. Can't see attachments. Is there a secemail apk that will work for kitkat? I am using aquamail at present which is fine but I miss the JB email.

Doesn't copy/pasting the JellyBean Email.apk to system/app and rebooting work?
